Pet Boarding Services
In our facility, your pet(s) will be treated with respect and love. They will be monitored closely by qualified staff. Needs for socialization and play will be fulfilled. Dogs will get plenty of outdoor play time. They will not be put in dog runs. They will be free to run and interact with other dogs. If your pet needs medication, we will be pleased to administer them as long as we receive clear instructions.
What you need to bring:
- Plenty of food for the stay;
- A leash.
Optional:
- Bed or blanket;
- Treats;
- Toys.
We supply the bowls and lots of love.
Since we have a limited amount of space and an increasing number of clients, avoid disappointment and book early.

Daycare Services
Need to go out for the day and don’t want your dog to be bored or to destroy your furniture or new carpet? We offer daycare services which will allow your pet to exercise and play with our other guests.

Important Information
Arrival and departure
We operate by appointment only in order to greet your animal (and you) in a relaxed atmosphere. With that in mind, we try to only have one guest arriving at a time so that you have our full attention and feel free to talk to us about any issues you might have. Therefore, the date and time of your appointment must strictly be respected. If you need to change the date or time, please let us know as soon as possible. Additional fees will be charged for missed appointments (if we’re not informed).
Reservations and deposit
To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay (before taxes) will be charged. For one night stay, the full amount will be required for the reservation. These amounts will be deducted from the full cost of the stay. Reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the arrival date and the deposit (minus credit card fees if paid that way) will be refunded. After that, the reservation cannot be transferred or refunded. Note also that there will be no refund of unused days/nights if the animal is picked up early.
Reservations for daycare
Fees must be paid in full when making the reservation and will be refundable up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
Vaccination
Prior to the stay, the vaccination certificate indicating the reminder dates for each vaccine is required.
Vaccines – dogs
Dogs should be at least 3 months old and be vaccinated.
Male Dogs 12 months old or older must be sterilized; otherwise additional fees could be required.
Dogs must have the following vaccines
- Rabbies
- Bordetella
- DHPPV (Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Para influenza)
- Leptospirosis (not mandatory but highly recommended)

If you’re already a client, simply give us a call, send us a text message or email to give us the desired dates for your animal’s stay.
If you’re a new client, you can either send us an email or give us a call.
We will then send you an email asking for info on you and your pet. This will allow us to create your file for future reservations.
