Arrival and departure
We operate by appointment only in order to greet your animal (and you) in a relaxed atmosphere. With that in mind, we try to only have one guest arriving at a time so that you have our full attention and feel free to talk to us about any issues you might have. Therefore, the date and time of your appointment must strictly be respected. If you need to change the date or time, please let us know as soon as possible. Additional fees will be charged for missed appointments (if we’re not informed).
Reservations and deposit
To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay (before taxes) will be charged. For one night stay, the full amount will be required for the reservation. These amounts will be deducted from the full cost of the stay. Reservation can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the deposit (minus credit card or bank transfer fees linked to the reservation) will be refunded. After that, the reservation cannot be transferred or refunded. Note also that there will be no refund if the animal is picked up early.
Reservations for daycare
Fees must be paid in full when making the reservation and will be refundable up to 5 days before the arrival date.
Prior to the stay, the vaccination certificate indicating the reminder dates for each vaccine is required.
Vaccines – dogs
Dogs should be at least 3 months old and be vaccinated.
Dogs 8 months old or older should have been sterilized; otherwise additional fees could be required.
Dogs must have the following vaccines
- DHPPV (Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Para influenza)
- Leptospirosis (not mandatory but highly recommended)
